Service with no waiters, and a bar with an open kitchen where you can sit and eat or order to take away. A short, original menu subject to market availability. A selection of beverages that is based on "live drinks" (kombucha, kefir and other probiotics), and natural and biodynamic wines. A different place serving suggestive cuisine.
