A new creation by Chef Eneko Atxa in a spacious and sophisticated venue with large picture windows on the ground floor of the RED Radisson Hotel in Madrid. The menu features Basque-Japanese cuisine with a signature touch. Tasting menu with ten dishes, or a short à la carte menu divided into four sections: nigiri, shared dishes, robata and desserts. The hotel hosts two additional, more informal establishments, also run by Atxa. The return of the Basque chef to the capital.
