Project commanded by two young (ex Zuberoa) chefs who offer signature cuisine based on seasonal ingredients. The à la carte menu features only a dozen dishes, including stews, canned delicacies and matured products. Everything is beautifully presented with enormous creativity. All the products are locally sourced. An austere venue with just four tables that promises to deliver moments of pure delight.
