First international adventure of Mexican group Costeño, located opposite the Retiro Park. The dining room and sushi bar are on the main floor, but go down the steps and you’ll come to a private room in an old cellar with exposed-brick walls. Japanese cuisine made with quality ingredients, a good option for sampling contemporary sushi. As well as the à la carte menu, they offer two omakase menus. Every Tuesday you can watch them skin and fillet the tuna. A great show and good atmosphere guaranteed.
