Market-fresh offering with an Andalusian flavour and numerous nods to foreign cuisines. Creativity and meticulous presentation of the dishes. The stand-outs are the shrimp waffle with tuna tartare, tomato stuffed with tuna pâté and ajoblanco dressing, and fried dogfish in a cornflour batter. The clay pot rice dishes are also excellent. A comfortable, laid-back sort of venue operating on two brightly lit floors. Kind, friendly staff. To wash it all down, vermouths, beers, craft mojitos and a good selection of Andalusian wines. A little piece of Cádiz in Madrid.
