Signature Japanese cuisine with Chinese influences. Extensive and highly-varied menu. The gunkan, tartar, sashimi and uramaki are outstanding, as is the tasting menu of special nigiri. Their star dish is the Iberian uramaki. The décor is reminiscent of a lively street, with exposed brick and an industrial look. Conventional wine list with a few sakes. Cheap and cheerful.
