Simple, minimalist place with a bar counter and a few tables decorated in light wood, with small Japanese details and sake exhibition. They serve typical Japanese recipes combined with more elaborate proposals that aim to surprise, and do! You can’t go wrong with any of their dishes with toro tuna belly: it will melt in your mouth. The Wagyu tataki and the gindara (cod) baked in sweet miso sauce are delicious, too. A selection of sakes and shochu is also available. They have several set menus. An exquisite, informal Japanese restaurant.
