A family business run by the third generation, formerly known as "Despacho de Bebidas". Well known in the area for their paellas, which are on par with any paella you may find in Valencia. Other house specialties are their stews and offals. On Thursdays you can enjoy their award-winning paella, and on Tuesdays and Fridays, their cocido madrileño stew. Large premises with a bar, dining room and terrace. A favourite in Guadarrama for celebrations or for meeting up with friends.
