At the top of Grupo Kapital’s famous building on Calle Atocha, this restaurant is headed by Juan Suárez de Lezo (Quintoelemento). His cuisine is personal and technical, with some recipes rooted in his childhood and others inspired by his travels. The dishes are bold in flavour, visually striking and full of personality. The wine list brings together some heavyweight labels. The almost clandestine space is elegant, understated and very bright, and also includes an excellent private dining room. It only opens for lunch. A safe bet for special occasions.
