This venue in the centre of Seville revives the classic tavern with a contemporary touch. The bar takes centre stage and is the best spot to watch the chefs at work. The dining room, with carefully chosen décor, is quieter. The cooking is pure traditional flavour, with fried dishes and stews served on earthenware plates and clay pots. The menu, designed for sharing, brings together potato salad with XXL marinated mussels, chicharrones, ratatouille with egg and croquettes. The beer is perfectly poured, and the good service sets the pace. A solid option in El Arenal.
