This modern venue in Teruel’s old town presents two concepts. A gastrobar serving tapas such as liquid croquettes, bravas potatoes and pork ear, and a restaurant built around two products: tuna and Wagyu. Here, refined starters are followed by virtually every part of the tuna—including its eye, served as butter—alongside a variety of Wagyu dishes. A tasting menu is also available. Refreshing desserts and cocktails complete an original and distinctive experience.
