Chef Alejandro Platero is the job commander behind this establishment in the Campanar district specialising in rice dishes. There is no à la carte menu, every day they put together a different set menu with three starters and a rice dish made with the ingredients available at the market. Good wine list to wash it all down. The flavours, quality of the products and presentation all score highly. The interior is sophisticated and elegant, with space for just fourteen diners: an intimate format with the focus on friendly, personalised service. Only open for lunch on weekdays. Recommended for a long, leisurely lunch.
