Chef Ricard Camarena's tribute to Barx, his hometown. Industrial-style restaurant with simple decoration, bar and neon lights located on the first floor of the Colón market. They do not take reservations and you have to wait in line, although it usually moves fast. Fresh cuisine, with nods to traditional dishes, prepared with local ingredients, many from their own vegetable garden, and from the Mediterranean Sea. Denia prawns, Barx figatells (Valencian pork burgers), anchovies with butter or the Galician beef hamburger in flaky pastry, to name but a few of the dishes. Extensive wine list, and very friendly, fast service. Far exceeds expectations.
