This is one of the city’s benchmarks for Mediterranean product. The fish and seafood are of high quality and, at times, impressively sized. There is no menu: the owner brings a trolley with the fresh product to the table and later serves it himself. The tuna tartare, anchovies and cheese board are well worth ordering. The wine cellar brings together more than two hundred references of champagne and wines from small growers. The venue is small and sober, with linen-draped tables, stone walls and an intimate atmosphere. A place you feel like returning to.
