Restaurant specialising in rice and chargrilled dishes, located near the Mestalla football stadium. Elegant, pleasant interior in light shades, with an open kitchen. Order a few starters to share, like cuttlefish with mayonnaise or the titaina coca, a type of Spanish focaccia with tomato, roast red pepper and tuna belly, and then a rice dish or grilled fish. The rices are spectacular, cooked to perfection with the indispensable socarrat (the crispy bits at the bottom of the pan). The rockfish and prawn rice is a must. Everything is prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Extensive wine list, and excellent wait staff.
