This new venue fuses Japanese and Italian cuisine, reflecting the chef's roots. The two cuisines are skilfully blended in three omakase menus, where the chef selects dishes daily. Expect handmade pasta and a festival of high-quality nigiri. They have a few tables and a counter for ten people, where you can see the various dishes being prepared. Behind the counter, there are two aging chambers where the ingredients are stored. They offer a diverse range of drink options for pairing, along with very friendly service.
