An elegant space with a bar and tables overlooking the open kitchen as well as more private spaces away from the dining room and private rooms. It's not all about sushi here. Top-quality fish and seafood are used in dishes such as truffle and ponzu usuzukuri, squid tartar with Norwey lobster and more daring dishes such as tuna bowl with “broken eggs”.
