Well-known Japanese restaurant that transports you to a street in Kyoto as soon as you cross the threshold. Impeccable décor with lots of wood and cherry blossom on the ceiling. You can eat in the dining room or watch the sushi chefs in action at the sushi bar. Exceptional quality of ingredients and preparations, with the option of ordering a tasting menu to get a feel for the place. The house variety of nigiri and usuzukuri is highly recommended. People with a hearty appetite may be left feeling a little hungry. Excellent service. Like being in Japan when you aren't.
