You can eat in the dining room or watch the sushi chefs in action at the sushi bar. Exceptional quality of ingredients and preparations, with the option of ordering a tasting menu to get a feel for the place. The house variety of nigiri and usuzukuri is highly recommended. People with a hearty appetite may be left feeling a little hungry. Excellent service. Like being in Japan when you aren't.
