Nigiri, sashimi, usuzukuri, temaki, tartare, tempura and more. Renowned for the variety of oysters, the quality of the fish, the Wagyu in different presentations, and an interesting and extensive wine selection. Impeccable service, although a little too enthusiastic at times. Spacious venue with minimalistic décor and lots of wood details. It’s worth eating at the bar counter so you can watch the sushimen in action. An absolute must for lovers of Japanese food.
