City-centre establishment specialising in rice dishes and a short à la carte menu featuring Valencian recipes. Attractive space with an open kitchen, a few tightly packed tables and a striking décor with paintings by contemporary artists. The offering includes starters based on locally-grown vegetables, other produce and fish from the local markets, and around twenty rice dishes and fideuá noodles. The standouts are the cocido rice, longaniza sausage and garlic shoots rice, and the fideuá noodles with sea bass and shrimps. The wine list is short but varied. Some of the best rice dishes in town.
