Restaurant located inside the Trinquet de Pelayo, Europe’s oldest covered sports centre. The décor is inspired by trinquete (Valencian ball game with elements of tennis, racquetball and handball): a giant hand and ball made of wicker hang over the dining room. À la carte menu based on traditional Valencian recipes, featuring starters, classic rice dishes, fideuá noodles, and flame-grilled meats and fish. The flame-grilled stew meatball, eggs broken at the table with sobrassada sausage, rice with duck, porcini and foie gras, and panna cotta made with tiger nut milk are all highly recommended. They also serve sandwiches for esmorzaret, Valencian-style brunch. Can be quite noisy when it’s full, which is often the case.
