Close to the Russafa neighbourhood, open since 1983, this establishment has one of the busiest bars in Valencia. It is now in the hands of Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo (Fierro) but remains true to its essence. Here the emphasis is on the products, which are prepared with no frills. House classics include potato salad, ajoarriero, cuttlefish, pig’s trotters and stewed dishes. Photos, posters and newspaper cuttings related to the world of football are plastered all over its walls. A must if you're in the area.
