This was one of the first good Japanese restaurants to open in the city and it’s still an icon for lovers of this cuisine. With a modern décor, the interior comprises a dining room and a bar counter where you can watch the staff prepare the dishes. As well as a wide range of traditional sushi, they serve special dishes like fresh sea urchin roe, cod cheeks with ankake sauce, and the Mudejar Wagyu pot with wild mushrooms. They offer a tasting menu if you book ahead and an extensive wine list featuring national and international labels. Always a winner.
