Small venue in the Russafa neighbourhood specialising in coques de dacsa, the typical stuffed corn flat breads from the southern parts of the Valencia region. Freshly baked and made with artisanal dough, the standouts are the Mallorcan and veal coques. They also serve tapas and fartons, a local type of confectionery. A simple but delicious offering. To wash it all down, cold beers and local wines. Attentive staff. Booking recommended as they only have a handful of tables. A different way to explore Mediterranean cuisine.
