After twenty-five years in the iconic Molino de Aixerrota in Getxo, relocating to the centre of Bilbao was a bold move—but it has proven to be a success. The dining room, with linen-draped tables, exposed brick walls and large mirrors, exudes elegance and sophistication. The menu retains its great classic dishes, such as hake with baby cuttlefish while also introducing new creations. Its speciality, without a doubt, is fish. Good wine cellar and service. A classic that reinvents itself and gets it right.
