Taking the leap from Bilbao La Vieja to the city centre, the Demaio brothers have opened a new establishment that is causing the same furore as their first restaurant. Of course, their magnificent, famous Neapolitan pizzas are still being served, puffy at the edge and moist in the middle. More than twelve specialties to choose from. The novelty here is the fresh pasta, which they make themselves using top-quality ingredients. The cacio e pepe is unquestionably a masterpiece. For dessert, tiramisu is a must. Limited wine list. They don’t take reservations and are usually full, so be patient.
