The oldest grill house in Bilbao, open since 1940. They pioneered the art of grilling meat, fish and seafood. The premises have four grills working at full capacity. Their burduntzi-style lamb, grilled whole for four hours and served with Mardaras farmhouse morcillas (blood sausages), and their brioche torrija (Spanish-style French toast) are hard to find in the city.
