A time-honoured Bilbao classic. Run by the family’s second generation, who doesn't let the regulars down. Premium raw ingredients, nicely presented dishes and generous portions. They serve some of the best battered hake in town. You can't go wrong with their famous vegetable stew, the potato omelette or the egg pintxo called "El bilbaíno" or "Azkuna". A safe bet.
