La Embajada

This Renaissance-style mansion from 1880 has been transformed into a restaurant with a nightclub. The venue features spacious dining rooms with modern and elegant décor and a terrace for having a drink or a bite to eat. In the restaurant, there are two menus: one of Nikkei cuisine, with standout dishes such as the mixed ceviche and the crunchy roll, and another of classic cuisine with Aragonese touches, with rotating dishes like borage with cardoon and red prawn or the rack of suckling lamb. The desserts, with a carefully crafted presentation, are surprising, especially the one inspired by a burnt forest. The evening can be finished at the club.
