Authentic Manchegan restaurant with a legacy dating back to 1967, where top-quality ingredients take centre stage. Through both its à la carte menu and various set menus suitable for all kinds of diners, it offers typical regional dishes such as gazpachos manchegos (soupy stew with wild game), lomo de orza (pork tenderloin cured in lard), atascaburra (mashed potato with garlic, cod, boiled eggs and walnuts) or migas ruleras (breadcrumbs cooked with chorizo sausage and peppers), as well as game meats and suckling lamb. Generous portions, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Despite the passing of time, this establishment remains true to tradition and quality.
