Guests can choose between an à la carte menu or a tasting menu featuring creative dishes such as prawn carpaccio with Leonese sauce and suckling pig’s ear, veal sweetbreads with fried lemon and strawberry hoisin or red tuna tartare served over roasted beef marrow.
