Tucked away on a small street in Málaga’s old Jewish quarter, Dani Carnero presents his most personal cuisine. Fire, embers and slow-cooked stews lie at the heart of a contemporary, deeply rooted cuisine with a strong sense of place. On selected services there is an à la carte tasting option, while a full tasting menu is available every day. It is well worth opting for the wine pairing. The space combines a small dining room at the entrance with a seven-seat counter that is particularly recommended. A refined proposal with plenty of personality.
