Cristina Cánovas and Diego Aguilar, partners both in and out of the kitchen, work side by side on a concept they call “dual cuisine”, and the idea makes perfect sense once the dishes arrive. There is good ingredients, technique and strong Málaga roots, but without unnecessary complication. Their tasting menus reveal a young style of cooking that has steadily evolved and found a personality of its own. The interior is divided into two elegant, distinct spaces, as well as a small kitchen counter that brings diners closer to the work of the team.
