Miguel Ángel Mayor creates a proposal characterised by great technical skill and sensitivity, presented through two tasting menus that unfold naturally and with personality. The anchovy stands out, as does the entire sequence devoted to rabbit. Perhaps a fish main course with a greater prominent role is missing, especially in a city like Málaga. The wine pairings and the outstanding wine cellar, managed by Orellana, further enhance the dining experience. The elegant, welcoming space accompanies without distracting. A very solid dining experience.
