Run by the Navarro family, also behind the renowned Bodegón Los Toneles, this restaurant blends classic dishes with more modern preparations, always with Murcian ingredients and the grill at centre stage. Now led by the founders’ grandson, the kitchen delivers excellent ideas and standout creations. Both the à la carte and tasting menu feature crowd favorites: chato murciano croquettes, marinated shrimp tartare, sea bass in butter sauce and the must-try flan made with Murcian chicken eggs—skipping it would be a sin. The space is simple, with linen-draped tables and a pleasant terrace, and the friendly service adds to the charm. A place worth coming back to.
