This restaurant is a true institution in the city. Open since 1926 and run by the Abellán brothers, it has managed to modernize while preserving the tradition. The menu reflects traditional Murcian cuisine with a contemporary touch, high quality and excellent ingredients. In addition to their classic dishes, more modern tapas, tartares and sashimi have been added. Among their star dishes are the caldero de dorada (fish and rice stew), pisto murciano (Murcian ratatouille) or red tuna sashimi. For dessert, they have a marvellous trolley with homemade pastries. The wine list is extensive, featuring both national and international labels. You can also opt for quality tapas at the bar. A must-visit.
