In the heart of Pamplona, this family-run restaurant with five decades of history reinterprets Navarrese cuisine with technique, top-quality ingredients and a very defined personality. Chef Koldo Rodero’s proposal brings together vegetables, game, wild fish and local recipes with creative touches. There is an à la carte option and two tasting menus, accompanied by a carefully curated selection of Spanish wines. The service, led by Goretti and Verónica, is both professional and warm. The space is sober and elegant, with different areas and linen-draped tables. A contemporary classic, solid and refined, where people happily return to.
