Market-fresh cuisine where Andalusian flavours are presented with a creative twist. In this small, minimalist-style venue, the open kitchen takes centre stage. Sitting at the low bar counter is a great choice to watch the dishes being prepared and to chat with the chefs. An original touch: the menu is organised like market stalls: oyster bar, greengrocer’s, butcher’s, fishmonger’s and so on. The Retinta beef steak tartare, scallop meunière, monkfish tails and creamy rice with duck are all solid choices. The wine list isn’t extensive but is well-curated, with some interesting and unexpected options. A place you'll want to come back to.
