Oysters, lobster, sea bass, clams, tuna, prawns and much more. All displayed at the fishmonger's counter. Although there is an à la carte menu and daily fish specials, it is worth opting for the tasting menu or the omakase. If possible, sit at the bar to watch the whole show and interact with the chefs.
