This family-run restaurant, with over three decades of history, pays tribute to traditional cuisine and seasonal ingredients, always treated with respect. Truffles and wild mushrooms set the pace of the menu, alongside local meats and flame-grilled fish. The pork scratchings are a must, as is the roast suckling lamb, the house’s true hallmark. The suckling pig doesn’t disappoint either. The wine cellar focuses on classic labels. The premises feature spacious dining rooms presided over by a wood-fired oven that separates the dining area from the bar. One of the city’s most emblematic establishments.
