Old farmhouse surrounded by vegetable gardens very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. It’s the ideal place to try popular Valencian recipes like titaina (a local version of ratatouille), esgarraet (cod with red peppers), tellines (baby clams) and traditional Valencian paella. The offering includes a wide variety of dry and soupy rice dishes, which they serve in clay pots. Traditional desserts like arnadí (pumpkin pulp with almonds and cinnamon) and orange-flavoured crème caramel. Friendly service, even when it’s packed. Booking recommended. Only open at lunchtime from Monday to Saturday.
