Inside the Roig Arena complex, this restaurant serves Valencian tradition. Wood-fired rice dishes take centre stage, with perfectly cooked grains and a well-achieved socarrat (a slightly burnt layer of rice at the bottom of the pan). Alongside them, the menu features a variety of starters, as well as grilled meats and fish. Desserts bring the experience to a satisfying close. As a special touch, guests are invited into the kitchen to take part in adding the rice to the paella. If the curtains are open, you can catch a glimpse of the arena’s interior. A proposal that goes beyond the table.
