The former El Poblet restaurant from the Quique Dacosta Group has changed its name but retains the essence of the original project. Under the direction of Chef Carolina Álvarez, the cuisine is built around stews and memory, with a personal approach that weaves in her Mexican roots and subtle Asian touches. Everything rests on quality ingredients, precise technique, creativity and great sensitivity. The tasting menus, including a vegetarian option, are complemented by an outstanding wine list curated by Hernán Menno. A proposal that evolves without losing sight of its identity.
