Although it retains its former name, it is now run by Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo, who have revamped both the cuisine and the décor. It is not strictly defined as a grill house, but the grill is the star of the show here, along with matured meat and fish and a dash of creativity. Roasted onion tart, grilled cauliflower, breaded roast lasagna, picanha, grilled squid with avocado... The hard part is choosing. Tasty, well-prepared dishes at reasonable prices in a space that invites you to come back until you've tried everything on the menu.
