This small restaurant in the centre of Zaragoza focuses its proposal on the grill. Josué handles meats and fish with ease, from three types of moderately aged T-bone steak to turbot, sea bass and other pieces depending on the market. The picanha deserves special attention, as do the baby squid, which should not be missed. In addition to the à la carte menu, there is a set lunch menu and a tasting menu. The wine list is short but well chosen, and Dani’s service is attentive and professional. The space is pleasant, although noise can reduce comfort when the dining room fills up. A young project, well focused and with room to grow.
