Next to the Plaza del Pilar, it smells of wood and Aragón. At this grill, the embers respect the product and prepare traditional cuisine with modern surprises. The iconic dish is roast suckling lamb: juicy, with crispy skin and perfectly seasoned. The rest of the menu is a showcase of the region: migas, borage, onions from Fuentes de Ebro, pink tomatoes, Teruel ham, Jiloca truffles, oil from Bajo Aragón, artisan cheeses, seasonal mushrooms and delicious panadera potatoes. It gets very busy due to its affordable menus, so it is best to book. Living tradition and excellent quality just a stone's throw from the Ebro River.
