This restaurant delivers a boldly flavoured fusion cuisine, where umami runs through much of the menu. The proposal blends Creole, Asian and European influences with good judgement, in dishes that are both tasty and recognisable, such as potato salad, Marco Polo crispy ravioli or pork belly. Award-winning tapas also stand out, along with a cheesecake that has become a firm favourite in the city. Booking is essential, as it’s always full; so much so that its success can sometimes stretch the dining room pace. Fewer tables or more staff would be welcome. Even so, it remains a highly appealing address.
