Real signature cuisine. Pau Pérez develops all his creativity, which is bound to impress. Probably the best arroz seco (dry rice) dish in the city, among other delights. All the dishes are very well prepared and explained down to the finest detail. Foie gras coca, eggs at 65 ºC with truffle, carpaccio and good grilled meats and fish. A seasonal tasting menu is also available. A select wine list. Helpful, attentive staff. A venue with good private areas and a terrace. Ideal for celebrating a special occasion or a business meeting in one of its private rooms. It doesn't disappoint.
