Project by chef Paulo Airaudo (Amelia, San Sebastián) on the first floor of the Hotel Casa Fuster, in a dining room with large windows overlooking Passeig de Gràcia. His classic cuisine with French hints is concentrated in a single tasting menu that is very complete, balanced and prepared with seasonal products. The dishes vary throughout the year based on ingredient availability. Extensive wine list, with plenty of by-the-glass options. You can also opt for a traditional wine pairing or a non-alcoholic one. It is worth overcoming the natural reluctance toward visiting hotel restaurants.
