The city’s meatbar. Meats carefully selected and prepared by the owner, who’s slimmed down the menu. Salted preserves, tartare, slow-cooked dishes and grilled options. Rumour has it they serve the best steak tartare in Barcelona, alongside delicacies like the Denito (a local version on the classic Pepito), the tenderloin and the cured picanha. The premises are small, so booking is recommended, exclusively online. Be prepared: to book a table, you’ll need to pass the Blade Runner test—though once inside, it’s absolutely worth it. Reservations accepted for a maximum of four people. A real pleasure.
